We only provide the best units to our customers and can help you maintain those units to ensure their longevity if you do proceed with purchasing.

  • How do I renew my lease?

    Once our lease agreement nears its end, we'll reach out to ask whether you'd like to renew your lease. If you'd like to renew your lease before we reach out, contact our office.

  • Is a certain ice machine better than another?

    Because we only lease and sell reliable, dependable commercial ice equipment, no brand is better than another at Dall-ICE. When it comes to selecting ice equipment, what matters most is what kind of ice you need and how much ice you need your machine to produce. For example, are you making smoothies or craft cocktails? Are you serving ice to an entire dining room or only to a select few patients in a healthcare facility? Answers like these determine what ice machine is best for your unique business needs.

  • Are rental expenses tax deductible?

    Yes, if your rental is considered an operating expense, then it is tax deductible.

  • What happens if my equipment has a problem?

    Give us a call as soon as you suspect a problem. We'll take care of it right away. Our emergency service is available 7 days a week to keep your business running smoothly.

  • How do you handle preventative maintenance?

    We keep track of all maintenance needs for our units, and will call to schedule an appointment with you when maintenance on your equipment is due.
